Matchfilm provides a social watch-tracking and recommendation service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to distribute illegal or infringing content.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
The App and its content (excluding user-generated content and third-party materials) are owned by Matchfilm. Movie and TV metadata, images, and related content are provided by third parties (e.g. TMDB) under their respective terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our App or its content without permission.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. reviews, ratings). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and process it to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.
6. Disclaimer
The App and service are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content (e.g. movie data).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchfilm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may notify you of material changes where required by law.
